These terms apply to your use of the SDR Accounting website. The accountancy services we provide are governed by a separate engagement letter agreed with you before any work begins.
Our services & engagement
The scope of any accountancy, tax, payroll or bookkeeping work, together with our fees and respective responsibilities, is set out in a formal letter of engagement provided to each client. Nothing on this website forms a contract for services on its own.
Fees
We agree clear, fixed fees with you up front wherever possible, set out in your engagement letter. We will always discuss any change in scope or fees with you before carrying out additional work.
Your responsibilities
To act on your behalf we rely on the information you provide being complete, accurate and given to us in good time. You remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply and for meeting your own legal obligations, including paying any tax due by the relevant deadlines.
Professional standards
We provide our services with reasonable care and skill and in accordance with our professional and regulatory obligations, including anti-money-laundering requirements. We may be required by law to verify your identity and to report certain matters.
Website use
The information on this website is provided for general guidance only and does not constitute accountancy, tax or financial advice. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. Our liability in connection with our services is otherwise as set out in your engagement letter and limited to the extent permitted by law.
